Boulder's KBCO getting a 'second home' in the Denver Tech Center. How can that be? I'm not sure how this works, but even though KBCO (K-Boulder Colorado) is moving to new studios in the Denver Tech
Center this spring, somehow, technically, the station will remain a Boulder station. Huh?
